June 25th, 2026 would’ve been the 70th birthday of the late, great, Anthony Bourdain. In his honour, we’ll be serving up his favourite sandwich stacked with layers of Crispy Mortadella, Provolone, Dijon Mustard and Mayonnaise, on a soft bread roll for $120.
*100% of the proceeds from this Sandwich will help Mind HK (S88: 91/16471) continue to provide free community-based mental health services so no one in Hong Kong faces mental health alone.

BOURKE’S SUNDAY ROAST
Every sunday from 12pm-3pm
Some might say Sunday Roast is an English tradition, and they probably wouldn’t be wrong, but much like cricket, it’s something that has become a bona fide Australian tradition, and also like cricket, the Aussie’s are now way better at it.
$220pp Traditional Roast Plate:
Roasted Chook (aka chicken), Deep Fried Chicken Fat Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Seared Shallots, Yorkshire Pudding with a Mint Pea Salad, Homemade Red Wine Chicken Gravy.
$180pp vegetarian roast plate (limited qty):
Roasted Portobello Mushroom, Cauliflower, Tomato, Mashed Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Seared Shallots, Yorkshire Pudding with a Mint Pea Salad, homemade White Wine Vegetarian Gravy.
